  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
    • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
    • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
    • The product must not be listed as a non-returnable item (see below)
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Opened grooming tools or pet hygiene products

    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
    • We’ll review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
  4. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival)

  6. Shipping Costs
    • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  7. Cancellations
    • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already shipped and can only be returned once delivered.
